e-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for an e-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow Amazon Marketplace account. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and creative individual who takes pride in their development with constant curiosity and attention to detail. They will have previous e-Commerce experience, especially with Amazon Marketplace, and will take charge of the account and grow the sales of our products and our brand recognition in Amazon.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning, developing, and implementing a strategy for Amazon marketplace to grow our presence and bring quality traffic.
  • Handling the existing Amazon channels in the USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain and Italy and working with translators when needed to ensure the products are correct in all languages.
  • Optimizing and enhancing product titles, descriptions, categorization, images, and keywords for optimal performance, improving page rank and sales and periodically reassess them.
  • Analyzing, executing, and optimizing a keyword research strategy which identifies the most effective and targeted key phrases to drive traffic.
  • Driving incremental revenue through data using a strong analytical approach through various Amazon reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Maintaining product data and brand integrity throughout the entire Amazon platform.
  • Setting up A/B testing models and analyzing results.
  • Preparing continuous performance updates as requested to review results and evaluate any changes.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews and making recommendations to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales.
  • Handling all Amazon queries and complaints, and working together the sales and dispatch teams accordingly.
  • Communicating with relevant teams and using appropriate Amazon follow-up tools to grow reviews and customer engagement.
  • Maintaining knowledge of Amazon selling policies and code of conduct, and ensuring all accounts remain in compliance.
  • Collaborating with the Product Manager to identify opportunities for new product variety and categories to drive incremental growth.
  • Translating consumer segment data & insights into specific category assortment, merchandising, advertising/promotions, and pricing strategies while maintaining gross margin goals.
  • Identifying current and forecasting trends to assist with inventory considerations and forecasting around Marketplace inventory.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in an eCommerce role, specifically handling Amazon.
  • Business or Marketing degree preferred.
  • Strategic, analytical and creative thinker that is able to create and develop new methods for improvement.
  • Experience with A/B tests.
  • Acute sense of brand and customer insight.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and great at getting things done with available time and data.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, high energy, and an eagerness to learn.
  • Experience in managing own projects in partnership with internal teams to completion.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 a year
