We are looking for a tech-savvy Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join us that will be skilled in data analysis to manage all of our Operio Group Subsidiaries. Through advertising campaigns and the following industry trends, this individual will create effective online media strategies that will attract new customers and help keep existing ones engaged to drive online e-commerce sales. They must also know how each platform works differently so that the right one will work for each business’s needs. Ultimately, a top-notch search engine marketing specialist should be skilled in being able to analyze the impact of campaigns on the company’s bottom line.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day campaign activities for paid search campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, etc
- Use analytical tools and data-driven methodologies to evaluate campaign performance of our SEM program to develop actionable insights and implement strategic recommendations to drive marketing decisions
- Manage digital campaigns to drive increased online e-commerce sales to meet online sales/revenue goals
- Execute marketing advertising campaigns for digital platforms to ensure our company’s brand remains relevant as they stay up-to-date with the latest digital platform changes and updates
- Strategic planning and monitoring of ROI, ROAS, CPL, CTRs and additional KPIs metrics for digital marketing campaigns
- Provide keyword research, reporting, conversion goals, on-page optimization, and efforts for global searches to assist in SEO
- Use organic search campaigns within Google Analytics, paid advertising within Google Ads, social media advertising, and other channels with the responsibility for increasing online sales traffic, driving online leads, and new customer growth across multiple ad platforms
- Design and test ads, landing pages and forms for new and existing acquisition campaigns to bring awareness to our company, brand, products, and services
- Identify low performing ads and placements and make changes necessary to maximize profit and lead volume
- Adjust campaign for any possible algorithm or policy changes
- Remaining up-to-date with the latest digital media trends, developments and design technology available across all platforms.
- Using data to optimize marketing funnels to improve landing page conversion rates across accounts
- Provide regular reports to management about new competitors entering the landscape, changes in tactics employed by current competitors, and any possible changes in the search landscape that could affect account profitability develop a strategy for integrated media campaigns.
- Identify new tools and reports that need to be built to automate repetitive processes or gather more sophisticated analytics
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in paid advertising.
- Have an advanced understanding of PPC, display advertising, remarketing to work in systems using web analytic tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube.
- Good computer skills with programs such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), CRM System
- The ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced, changing, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams to accomplish goals and objectives
