Grow

All of our team likes to grow. Whether that be sales, our product range, the number of units being manufactured or simply our team size. None of us like to stand still. We believe that if you’re not driving forward, then you’re going backwards, and we don’t think that is any fun.

This makes LFA Machines a dynamic environment. When trying to grow, we all make mistakes and that is ok if we learn from them and, over the long run, there is an upwards trend.

Learn

Most of the team at LFA Machines had never worked in our industry before and that is ok. This is because each one of our team members is passionate about learning. It isn’t just our team members that drive this foward, LFA Machines as a company recognises the value of learning, so it invests heavily in it for our team, both internally and externally.

If you have not watched a “how to” video, read a book or taken an online course just for the fun of exploring something new, then LFA Machines might not be for you. You will be asked to take on challenges that are outside of your comfort zone and experience, so a love of learning will help you out a lot when facing these growth opportunities.

Better Ourselves

At LFA Machines, we are constantly trying to better ourselves. We are always improving our products, services, marketing materials, documentation and, most importantly, team members.

Before you are able to better anything, you need to be open and honest about its areas for improvement. Sometimes this can lead to uncomfortable conversations; however, when you know that it comes from a true place of respect and concern for wanting to generate something better than what exists today, it makes them a little easier.
